19th Floor Condo

The Condo is a spacious 75sqm and consists of three rooms: Lounge / Kitchen Diner, Bathroom with shower and a large bedroom. Access to the condo is via a keypad or magnetic card. The door automatically locks when you are in the room.

Superb views of the Chaophraya River towards Asiatique can be seen both from the Lounge and Bedroom.

Once inside the condo you are in the Kitchen Area with the Lounge and Dining area in front of you. Access to the bathroom is on your immediate right and the access to the bedroom is on the right from the lounge area. The bathroom can be accessed from both the kitchen area and the bedroom.

The Lounge and Bedroom both have Daikin Inverter Technology Air Conditioning (installed in 2022) which can be controlled remotely from your smartphone. This is ideal for ensuring the apartment is nice and cool when you return. These units can be controlled in separate zones to allow efficient cooling where you need it.
